Toshiba TY9A0A111171KC NAND

This is an FBGA107 MCP (NAND+RAM), ONFI-compatible.
Found in Huawei C5720 mobile phone.
Obviously, there is no datasheet.

By trial and error, these are the settings which work for READING (no writing tried), see attached.
Tested on a T56 with version 12.12 of the software.

You need to do your own BGA107 adaptor.
Pinout compatible with Samsung K5E1H12ACM-D075 (but chip is smaller).
