请支持AMD PAL16V8 PAL20V8 PAL22V10 系列PLD

IIRC, the original PAL16V8 PAL20V8 PAL22V10 were OTP and have been defunct for decades.
The PALCE16V8 PALCE20V8 PALCE22V10 replaced them as erasable parts, but those also are EOL / no longer available.

The programmers already support available parts like
ATF16V8 / ATF20V8 (now EOL) / ATF22V10 (Atmel / Microchip) & T56 supports ATF750C and ATF2500C

and also the EOL parts GAL16V8 / GAL20V8 / GAL22V10
