Hi guys trying to clone a nand flash, reads a little then get this error, tried bit flip and a few other things but no good. any ideas?

in the picture, it is described in the right side, this was a good flash and once read and i resoldered, now it no longer works the screen. i think its trying to boot qnx in the nand? has no bad blocks.
