TL866II Plus with TSOP48 adapter not working

Hi,

i have an Xgecu TL866II Plus programmer and ordered an TSOP48 Adapter Board (SN001 V3 and SN003). When i try to read the flash chip M29F160FT i only get the message "check adapter and position" from the software Xgpro v12.32.

I read that there are fake adapters out there so i'm wondering if i got one. I ordere the adapter from here:

and it says that it is the official Xgecu store.

How can i check if my adapter is a genuine or a counterfeit one?
Or what else could be the problem that the adapter seems not to be recognized?

It's sad that no one has any idea how to solve this problem.
XGecu also doesn't respond to my emails and i hoped to get a little  bit support here in the forum. :(

It is possible that the adapter is bad. try to Solder all solder joints again.Especially the two resistors on the left of SOIC8 Key IC
