Please add ATTINY861A and ATTINY88

Please add the following ATMEL AVR MCUs that are currently missing:
ATtiny261A / ATtiny461A / ATtiny861A:
- Same pinout as the existing ATtiny26.  Reads ok using ATtiny26, but the config fuses are different and the size is off.

ATtiny88:
- Same pinout as the ATmega88.  Reads ok using ATtiny88, but the config fuses are different.
