Hello. I have a question. i have a locked atmega8 QFP32 (i wrote the wrong fusebit). if i buy tl866, can i unlock it? is it necessary to unsolder the chip and also buy a QFP32 to dip32 adapter?

in practice I have to remove the sign (therefore empty box) in the RSTDISABLE item, and put the sign on SPIEN item (filled box). correct?

As long as the erase operation is done, the software will set FUSE to factory settings. and SPI is enable.
