Please add support for 74LS399

Hello,
I'm trying to test the 74LS logic chips on my Apple Video-7 board and this board has three 74LS399 chips on it.  Please add support for testing 74LS399 chips.

Logic circuit, it is difficult to add without sample , you can learn about the logic, reference other logic chips, then add  test vector table by yourself.
