Problem with programming am29f800bb

Hello. I have read correctly am29f800bb but when i make changes and want to program it into chip i'm getting always error on 1,56%. That chip is from mercedes ecu. Here is pic of error and 2 bins (original and modifed).

What i'm doing wrong?

Maybe you need erase it before programming.

When i mark erase i got this same error and chip didn't erase at all but it should.

I tested with AM29F800BT , all is normal.(BT and BB only boot is diffrent。use the same algorithm )
It can be confirmed that the software is correct.


clear pins contacts carefully！First  Read ID is Normal ,if not . bad pins or adapter.

My chip is AM29F800BB-55SE but i must uncheck "Check ID" to read chip but when i uncheck it its reads ok but i can't flash it back with changes. Got error on programming and i cant erase. Xgpro says erase is completed but chip isn't erased when i read it again.

I have tested BT too and chip flashed ok but still have problem with flashing BB.
