Hello, I can read this eeprom, but the "erase" button is greyed out! is there a way to write to this eeprom?

    Hello, as a user,
                            Is your IC protected for write? Look in the IC Config Information at bottom of Xgecu window ( just guessing ). If not post an image of any error.

M35080V6 cannot be Erase first 32 bytes.Please read the M35080V6 datasheet.

This is a function that  does not disclose by a chip manufacturer. Maybe they got the erasure algorithm through a special method.Some dedicated programmers have some dedicated functions, which is normal.

and replacing a  new chip is also very cheap.
