What could be wrong? The error log is:

Reading ECSD : Succeeded
Failed  -- CMD No Responed Status: 00000980 Error Code: 1
Switch to USER AREA Error!
The EMMC version is lower, Testing  frequency <= 20MHZ

   Test with 4b or 1b with low speed. (or VCC=3.3/3.3V)

4 bit and 1 bit same error, 1.8 volts same error, see picture.

EMMC is bad and is often found，  this is a old chip.  EMMC version is low.

Is a 7 year old TV but if I can not read the chip, I have to put it in the garbage, main board is more expensive that the TV value. Thanks

   As a User:   In the tv repair business, many times you can order those chips in newer versions, already preloaded with correct software on them, sometimes some friend in a forum post the software and indication of
a newer and equivalent IC, or the bulletin from brand support services....
Like the programmers themself, like TL866II --> 'turns' into T48, T56 will have an upgrade in the future, hopefully,
why not this IC. For sure, is up to you decide the way :-)
