As an user....Have you tried to autodetect the IC? Most of times work, and give opportunity to add you the ICs the way you need.
Press Select IC, then 25 Flash detect, be careful looking where to insert it, give a name and manufacturer, remember that it is numonyx, it was aquired by micron some years ago, and follow ... Hope it helps you.:)
If not at latest version of Xgpro (11.90), also try it
