request to add an important ic to the t56 programmer

hello to all the team that created this wonderful t56 programmer, really a stubborn programmer that I adore so much.  I would just like if you can add an ic that I see it is important to have it in the list, the weltrand serie.

The DDC-CI protocol has not been collected and tested yet. It will be a bit later to program these via VGA。
