GAL22V10D PLCC28 -> DIP24 - unable to program, chip destroyed.
I am trying to program a GAL22V10 PLCC28 using a PLCC28->DIP24 adapter.I can read / Blank the chip, but it fails when you program it. it also destroys the chip in the process.
I tested different combinations without success, burning thru 9 chips.

As an User....In the mean time, verify if you have any shorted line between IO pins in the adapter.You have a photo of adapter?
I've tested my adapter one pin to pin, and any resistance between pins, using PDF [url=http://web.mit.edu/6.115/www/document/gal22v10.pdf]GAL22V10 Data Sheet (mit.edu)[/url] and seems to be ok. If programming error, or else, ADMIN will tell you.
