Programing nand problem
I have problem programming any nand isp flash memory - macronix, winbond... 25xxxxx... via 40pin port. After verification say failed in any block and flash is empty.Read is OK. Via icsp port programming is OK. I use Win XP OS. Is my programmer faulty, or is it normal? Thanks for reply.
